AZUR HR is growing again and is seeking a Branch Manager for our Ottawa Office.

  • Our Ottawa team is looking for a Branch Manager, with sales and service expertise, along with strong leadership drive to guide, motivate and develop the full potential of a dynamic team of professionals. We are looking for a sales focused individual with the ability to influence and motivate a team in order to achieve desired performance goals.  
  • The ideal candidate will be skilled in the art of networking, generating leads, developing customers and closing deals. In this fast paced, dynamic environment, the successful candidate can expect to be constantly challenged.  
     
    Proven high levels of business development, customer service, with an ability to build strong client relationships and expand the marketplace while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing business needs are necessary qualities. 

Duties

  • Hands on business development and account management of existing and new customer partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed branch financial targets.
  • Manage financial operations including budgeting, business line analysis, risk assessment, cost of services analysis, weekly/monthly reporting, lost business analysis, etc.
  • Responsible for both meeting and exceeding personal sales goals and team selling activities.
  • Manage branch and on-site staff: recruiting, retention, training, coaching, mentoring and performance management.
  • Ensure the integrity of the Azur HR Ltd
  • Promote an environment that encourages and fosters continuous improvement and growth.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Promote and actively participate in community and business organizations/associations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five (5) years management experience, ideally coupled with a recruitment background
  • Successful track record in both account and sales management a must (including managing the selling process).
  • Solid experience with Federal Government and Private Sector.
  • Devotion to customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to motivate people and encourage achievement.
  • Proven ability to delegate effectively and direct others.
  • Progressive outlook and high energy level.
  • Proactive; action oriented; calm; diplomatic; resourceful.
  • Innovative thinking and creative problem solving.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Fair-minded; positive thinking; team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
